Durian, one of Thailand famous exotic fruits has been loved by many people, however only its flesh is being consumed while hidden trasure, Durian seed is overlooked. Estherian Nibbles wants to bring value of what many people overlook.

Durian Seed Flour: Baking Process

After peeled off the skin, Durian seed is then baked and grinded with a blender into Durian Seed Flour to use as ingredients for many recipes.

Application

With a similar taste while giving a richer texture, Esthrianibbles decided to replace traditional Almond flour with our Durian seed flour.
